Centro is located in the heart of downtown Boulder’s Pearl Street West End and is the home of soulful, imaginative, and authentic Mexican Cuisine. Prepare for a coast-to-coast culinary journey across Mexico, showcasing specialties from Jalisco, Baja, Chihuahua, Veracruz, Yucatan, and Oaxaca.
Hosts and Support Staff
Our team hustles. Period. Much to do, and plenty of hands to do it. Running food, clearing tables, filling waters, greeting guests, back flips, cartwheels, all while telling an awesome joke and carrying a baby. You do it all...and we have doing it! We are a tip pooled house.
Here’s the Skinny:
Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
$19-$23 per hour starting wage
Hospitality/Restaurant experience a plus!
Tips and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
