Guests can choose from traditional tent sites, a variety of cabins, or RV sites — all set on 11 spectacular acres of wilderness.

    Job Summary

    Reporting to our Housekeeping Management/Supervisory team, the Grounds Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned Cabins and public areas and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests’ experience, communicating effectively with other team members to prevent and resolve any issues.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards, and correct maintenance and use of equipment.

    Be familiar with all Campground & Cabins services, features, local attractions, and activities, to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

    Should be available to work weekend shifts Sat/Sun and be available to work holidays.

    Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

    Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up, and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, and floor, and empty trash containers.

    Clean kitchen, all dishes, stove, fridge, countertops as required

    Replace facial, toilet tissue, and bathroom amenities in the correct amount and location.

    Remove laundry bags and slips, dirty bed linen, and make up the bed with clean linen.

    Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris. Ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow.

    Open all drawers/doors in check-out rooms and remove items left by previous guests.

    Check under bed(s), chairs, and sofa for debris and remove if present.

    Inspect the condition of all furniture for tears, rips, or stains; report any damages to the supervisor.

    Remove dust and debris from designated areas including but not limited to, all furniture, media, and accessories, and realign furniture to floor plan and replace missing items.

    Remove dust, smudges, and spills from the minibar; restock items and ensure it is plugged in and secured.
