We are currently seeking an Experienced PART-TIME Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, demonstrate proficiency in handling fast-paced environments, and exhibit a strong commitment to excellence. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications following the outlined requirements listed below. The ideal candidate must also be willing to work shifts as a server as well.
You must have experience working as a bartender for a minimum of 2 years to apply for this position and have open availability.

Skills and Experience
Must have an active Food Manager Certificate upon the start date
Must have an active TABC license
At least 2 years of experience as a bartender is required in a bar/nightclub setting.
Must have open availability to work any days/nights
High School Diploma preferred
Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, beer, as well as bar equipment
Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names, and garnishments
Knowledge and education in mixology an advantage
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs. This includes weekends and holidays.
Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays. Able to work in a standing position for long periods
Quality customer relations
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Politely greet customers, present beverage options, and connect with guests to enhance their visit.
Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries. Respond promptly to requests from customers politely and professionally.
Checking identification to ensure customers are of the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
Maximize customer experience quality by maintaining a high level of professionalism that will attract guests to want to return to the property.
Process transactions using the POS system and balance the cash register at the start of each shift
Itemize bills correctly and secure payment as required.
Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
Comply with all TABC and company health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies
Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment.
Upsell and exhibit selling techniques with proper knowledge, and service delivery of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as pool tables and food items.
Performs other job-related responsibilities
