    Big Whiskey’s Corporate Office is located in Ozark, MO is looking to add an Office Administrator to our Home Office team! Our office administrator will perform a wide range of basic office support activities for our accounting/operations/and marketing departments. We are looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic and work well with others. Our office administrator will assist in completing weekly tasks, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry and special projects as assigned.

    This position will start as a part time position but will have room for advancement to a full time position with the right candidate. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office, they should be organized and be able to stay on task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to independently. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office and company of diverse backgrounds and personalities.

    JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS

    Collecting mail and distributing it the necessary staff

    Answering phones, learning the phone system

    Checking voicemails and returning calls as needed

    Handling walk ins for deliveries and meetings

    Making sure conference room and front area are maintained

    Keep inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed

    Assist with in office commissary

    Assist and upkeep office organization and cleanliness

    Scheduling calls and conference rooms as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    18 years of age

    Experience in a similar role is preferred

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    An ability to work in all areas as asked

    Stamina to lift 40 lbs
