Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone • Review and organize client documents and information for attorneys • Assist in scheduling client appointments and managing attorney calendars • Ensure all client files are accurately maintained and up to date • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their legal process Qualifications: • Bilingual (English and Spanish) • College Degree (preferred) • Legal Experience is a Plus but Not Required • Deadline Driven • Detail Orientated • Accurately Prepare Reports and Summaries • Manage Data Integrity • Positive, Confident, and Charismatic Attitude • Great Active Listening Skills • Intelligent analytical ability to determine liability, damages, and source of recovery • Exceptional Communication Skills, Verbal and Written • Resourceful in helping investigate and uncover issues and proactively create solutions Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
