Job Description
Part-time customer service position available (South Charlotte) Friendly small firm atmosphere.
Position can be in-office or remote (if remote requires 2 weeks in office training)
Verification of Covid-19 vaccination required prior to Interview
Fixed Schedule can be Monday-Friday, 9AM-3PM or 10AM-4PM or 11AM-5PM - 30 hours a week.
Primary responsibilities will be answering phone calls, emails, chat sessions, sales and service, customer inquiries & issues and other duties associated with a customer service position.
Maintaining and updating notes in customer's orders and good follow up and resolution on customer's issues. Some light office duties as well.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Compensation is $14 per hour
Checkable references, drug screening and US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the US.
