Territory Sales Representative
Job Description
Bil-Jac Foods is a family-owned manufacturer of super-premium pet food. As a Territory Sales Representative at Bil-Jac, you will be charged with bringing pet parents to our brand through in-store interactions, employee education and creating “Bil-Jac champions” in our National accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· In store brand introduction and selling to pet parents
· Creating “Bil-Jac Champions” through product training engagements and relationship building
· Execute a logical visit plan for servicing multiple locations across a large territory
· Improve brand recognition and sales volume in assigned territory
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· 50% WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED. Normal work week Tuesday – Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday
· 3+ years sales experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, will consider relevant work experience
· The ability to thrive in an individual contributor role with limited oversight
· Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

· A documented history of high-level sales results
· Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
· Naturally enthusiastic, relatable and energetic
· A strong proficiency in effective decision making
· Organized and efficient time management competency
