Bilingual Front Desk Administrator
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception
Greet and assist visitors and employees in both languages
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
Coordinate meeting room schedules and office supply inventory
HR Administrative Support
Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and orientation logistics
Translate HR documents or conversations as needed
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Support recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Assist with benefits enrollment and general HR questions
Office & Communication Support
Draft bilingual memos, announcements, and forms
Coordinate internal events, trainings, or meetings
Support compliance tasks such as I-9 verification and policy distribution
Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in two languages ( English and Spanish)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality standards
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with HRIS systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software
