As an admin with our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many clients. You’ll assist with payments, phone calls, and service requests - while learning the insurance industry from the ground up. This is a full-time, in-office position. No license is required to start - we’ll support your growth and training. Compensation • Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience and bilingual skills) • PTO: 15 days to start (may increase for experienced hires) • Incentives: Monthly CSR bonus contests • Flexibility: Four 2-hour flex days per year (late arrival or early leave) Responsibilities: • Greet walk-in customers and answer inbound phone calls in a professional manner • Process client payments and assist with basic account questions • Collect customer information for quotes and routing service requests • Monitor the shared email inbox and voicemail for messages and memos • Provide bilingual customer support in English and Spanish • Support licensed agents with data entry, form preparation, and client follow-ups • Maintain and update client files and records with accuracy • Learn insurance terminology, systems, and processes through on-the-job training • Help ensure a smooth, welcoming client experience in the office Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish required • Associate’s degree or higher preferred • Experience working in an office environment • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills • Eager to learn, reliable, and customer-focused Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 based on experience & bilingual skills
