    NOW HIRING: Assistant Clinical Director/Therapist

    We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Director/Therapist to join our SUD treatment team. This position works directly alongside the Clinical Director and plays an active role in clinical operations, staff development, compliance, and client care.

    Pay $85,000-90,000/Annually/DOE Schedule: M-F (9:30-5:30pm)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support, train, and provide clinical guidance to staff

    Assist with individual and group clinical supervision, including supervision toward staff licensure

    Conduct chart and documentation audits

    Maintain a small client caseload

    Complete intakes, BPS assessments, treatment plans, and treatment plan reviews

    Assist with behavioral interventions, behavioral contracts, crisis needs, and referrals for mental health/psychiatric evaluations

    Communicate with probation/parole officers and other members of clients’ care teams

    Assist with team meetings, case consultations, group supervision, and team-building efforts

    Ensure clinical documentation meets program and regulatory requirements

    Support running SUD groups

    Stay current with Colorado Medicaid, BHA, and SUD treatment requirements

    Provide after-hours clinical support as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    Active Colorado clinical license/credential required – LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent

    Experience in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment

    Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills

    Ability to provide clinical supervision toward licensure when permitted by credentialing requirements

    Leadership, staff supervision, and/or training experience strongly preferred

    Bi-lingual a plus
