Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients. • Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks. • Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations. • Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed. • Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic tasks as assigned to support the team. • Ensure the facility is efficiently managed, well-kept, clean, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies and inventory. Qualifications: • Must have experience as an assistant manager or supervisor. • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, ability to work with others as a team, as well as ability to learn quickly from oral and written instructions. • Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism. • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams). • Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish. Compensation: $32 - $36 hourly
