Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients • Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and assistant manager tasks • Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations • Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed • Ensure the facility is efficiently managed, well-kept, clean, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies and inventory Qualifications: • Proven experience as an assistant manager or supervisor • Bilingual - fluent in English & Spanish • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse clinical team, fostering a positive and productive work environment • Experience in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient clinic functioning and optimal scheduling • Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction, always putting patients first • Compensation: $32 - $36 hourly
