Responsibilities: • Provide therapy to Spanish-speaking and bilingual clients • Support clients through challenges like immigration trauma, acculturation stress, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics • Collaborate with a team of clinicians who are rooted in cultural humility and social justice • Offer care in a setting that values your voice, your culture, and your personal connection to the work Qualifications: • Is bilingual in Spanish/English • Associate with at least 800 direct client care hours • Has experience or deep interest in working with Latino/Latinx clients • Feels passionate about social change and community mental health • Wants to be part of a mission-driven team that understands the urgency of this work Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
