    Position Overview

    Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as Non‑Certified Middle Tier Supervisors. This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive high‑quality supervision from experienced BCBAs.

    This hourly position provides a structured pathway to advanced clinical responsibility, leadership development, and supervised fieldwork while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical practice, client outcomes, and professional growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist BCBAs with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs

    Provide clinical support and modeling to direct care staff (e.g., RBTs/Behavior Technicians)

    Collect, review, and summarize data to support treatment planning decisions

    Support behavior plan implementation with fidelity across settings

    Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and clinical discussions

    Communicate professionally with caregivers under BCBA guidance

    Maintain ethical standards and documentation in accordance with BACB and company policies

    Qualifications

    Currently enrolled in an MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

    Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification

    Bilingual in Spanish

    Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development

    Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment

    Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client‑centered care
