We take learning seriously, support each other fully, and create leadership opportunities early so our clinicians can thrive.
Position Overview
Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as Non‑Certified Middle Tier Supervisors. This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive high‑quality supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Why This Role Is Perfect for Graduate Students
Direct access to ongoing BCBA supervision aligned with BACB requirements
Hands‑on clinical leadership experience beyond the RBT level
Intentional mentoring focused on competency development, not just hours

A supportive environment that values learning, questions, and professional growth
Key Responsibilities
Assist BCBAs with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs
Provide clinical support and modeling to direct care staff (e.g., RBTs/Behavior Technicians)
Collect, review, and summarize data to support treatment planning decisions
Support behavior plan implementation with fidelity across settings
Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and clinical discussions
Communicate professionally with caregivers under BCBA guidance
Maintain ethical standards and documentation in accordance with BACB and company policies
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification

Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development
Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client‑centered care
What We Offer
Hourly compensation with opportunities for increased responsibility and growth
High‑quality, individualized BCBA supervision
Clear clinical development pathways
Supportive, mission‑aligned clinical culture
Opportunity to transition into higher‑level roles as certification progresses
Who Thrives in This Role
This role is ideal for graduate students who are eager to move beyond direct implementation and begin developing their clinical voice, leadership skills, and analytic confidence—while still being supported every step of the way.
