    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Business Immigration Paralegal (English & Spanish or French) to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to lawyers, ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and conduct research. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. The paralegal’s duties will mostly relate to employment/investor/entrepreneur-based cases for both nonimmigrant and immigrant cases. The candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working at an immigration law firm and handling business immigration cases. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. Effective communication, organization, and case management skills are vital. The candidate must be able to perform basic legal research, prioritize workload, analyze information and documents with keen attention to detail in an expedient manner. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, positive person who can work independently and genuinely enjoy helping others with a sincere interest in promoting the rights of immigrants.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate with clients

    Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs

    Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review

    Maintain and update documentation

    Provide general administrative support

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role is preferred

    Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the immigration system

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized with document management experience

    Excellent research skills

    Comfortable Microsoft Office and immigration/case management software

    Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
