Position: Bilingual Business Transaction Attorney (Korean Speaking Preferred) Location: Dallas, TX, US Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 4 Days, Remote 1 Day after probation) Are you an experienced transactional attorney fluent in Korean? Responsibilities: • Review, draft, and negotiate business documents, including contracts, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and operating agreements. • Advise clients on general business matters, including occasional employment law issues. • Assist with breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, and consumer law issues. • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff members to achieve common goals. • Strategize and provide detailed practical solutions. • Prepare memos for clients to help make decisions while minimizing risks. Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school. • At least 2+ years of experience in M&A, corporate law, and business law. • Fluency in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking). • Exceptional writing and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated technologies. • Ability to take initiative, work well within a team, and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision. Compensation: $120,000+ DOE
