This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a professional office environment. We’ll provide training and mentorship, so prior legal experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As the first point of contact for our firm, you’ll play a key role in welcoming potential clients and helping them take the first steps in their legal journey. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include: • Answering phone calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and care • Gathering information from new potential clients and helping them feel heard and supported • Scheduling consultations and managing attorney calendars • Inputting client information into our system accurately • Explaining basic firm services and helping prospective clients understand the next steps • Following up with potential clients who haven’t yet scheduled a consultation • Supporting the marketing and operations team with client outreach and feedback collection Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Fluent in Korean and English (Required) • Prior customer service or hospitality experience highly valued — especially in roles involving personal interaction (e.g., front desk, hotel, concierge, clinic, retail, call center) • Strong client-first mentality: you’re calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping others • Polished, professional communication skills — both written and verbal • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • A self-starter and team player with a proactive mindset • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Compensation: $15 - $23 hourly
