    We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with people and making clients feel supported from the very first interaction. Our immigrant community is at the heart of what we do, so this Frontline role is a first impression. Sets the tone through guidance, clarity, and care, ensuring every client feels heard and confidently connected from the moment they walk in or reach out. This role is evolving into Client Experience, working alongside our Phone Team, Case Managers, and Attorneys to ensure smoother communication and a better client journey. It’s a great place to grow, learn immigration processes, and make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities: • Greet clients, prospects, and visitors with kindness and professionalism • Manage high volumes of client communication with care and efficiency • Provide a supportive, high-standard customer service experience • Document and record client information accurately in firm systems • Support scheduling and coordination for consultations and case appointments • Receive, copy, scan, and route documents while protecting originals • Provide administrative and operational support as needed • Contribute to firm projects and initiatives with a team-first approach • Support Client Experience workflows as the role transitions and scales Qualifications: • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) • 2+ years of customer service • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Comfortable using office equipment and handling documents securely • Ethical, proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required; additional tech familiarity is a plus. • Passion for serving the immigrant community • In-office position - Reliable transportation required • Previous immigration law experience is a bonus Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
