Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist
We are seeking a Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist who excels in communication and relationship-building. In this role, you will serve as a key connection between our company and our network of past clients, delivering consistent, service-focused outreach. You will engage clients to strengthen relationships, promote available programs, and identify opportunities for renewed business. This position plays an important role in supporting lead generation and client retention through thoughtful, high-quality interactions. Responsibilities: • Call past clients to explain program benefits. • Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions. • Deliver excellent customer service with every call. Qualifications: • Bilingual (English/Spanish required). • Sales experience preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals. • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. • This is an in-office position. Compensation: $15 hourly plus bonuses
