We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Success and Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati. In this role, you’ll support our sales process, manage client communication, and ensure an exceptional client experience. You’ll also help strengthen community connections through events, outreach, and thoughtful follow-up. Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Support • Assist Inside Sales Agents with lead intake, scheduling, and follow-up • Serve as a primary bilingual contact for Spanish-speaking clients and vendors • Translate written and verbal communications between English and Spanish • Maintain accurate client data in the CRM, including notes and lead status • Confirm appointments, send reminders, and monitor engagement • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media • Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking Client Experience & Outreach • Coordinate quarterly client appreciation events • Organize and track client gifts for closings, birthdays, and milestones • Manage tasks and communication with virtual assistants • Ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the process Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Based in Cincinnati, OH (in-person required) • Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace • Event planning and vendor coordination experience • Passionate about community engagement and client care • Background in real estate, marketing, or hospitality is a plus Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
