TRG Auto Finance is a growing, family-run auto finance company looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) collections professional who also enjoys variety and organization. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership of accounts , a non-dialer environment , and a stable office where quality work is valued over volume.
This is not a call center job.
It's relationship-based, detail-oriented, and built for someone who likes seeing things through from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Collections (Primary Focus)
- Manage and work delinquent auto finance accounts
- Communicate with customers to resolve past-due balances
- Set and monitor payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues
Insurance Claims & Admin (Secondary Focus)
- Handle total loss insurance claims from start to finish
- Communicate with insurance companies and dealers
- Track CPI, GPS, and ancillary products
- Review contracts and reports for accuracy
- Assist with general admin and special projects as needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30
- No weekends
- Onsite only (no remote work)
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish – read, write, speak fluently)
- Prior experience in collections, AR, auto finance, or insurance claims preferred
- Comfortable discussing past-due balances and resolving issues
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Buy-Here / Pay-Here experience is a plus
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
