Responsibilities: • Contact assigned accounts regarding balances by telephone, in person, and email • Work directly with assigned attorneys and accounting staff • Document all contacts Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in legal collections or a related field • Knowledge of legal collection processes and regulations • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Dependability, Upbeat attitude, Compassion & Emotional Intelligence • English and Spanish language proficiency • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
