    Qualifications:

    MUST BE FLUENT/BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

    Minimum 2 years of experience in criminal law (defense or prosecution)
    
    Previous experience in Central Texas Counties courts, including Travis County, Hays County, and Williamson County, etc. is a plus
    
    Any additional experience with Spanish-speaking clients is highly favorable
    
    JD degree and admission to the State Bar of Texas is required
    
    Strong oral advocacy skills with a preference for prior litigation experience
    
    Ability to work independently and in a high volume, fast-paced environment
    
    Ability to manage your own docket with limited supervision
    
    Ability to work well with people of diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds
    
    Valid driver’s license - travel to jails and detention centers within Central Texas will be necessary on a regular basis
    

    Employer may assist with relocation costs.

    Additional Salary Information: Job includes performance bonuses, jail release fees, paid time off, health insurance, and employer matching 401(k) program.
