    Position Overview

    The Customer Retention Specialist plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the agency by helping ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and accurate service. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and able to support both customer needs and team workflows in a fast-paced insurance office.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
    • Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes
    • Process policy endorsements, payments, and other administrative tasks
    • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
    • Generate referrals and support the sales team with leads
    • Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system
    • Participate in community events and agency marketing initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Previous customer service experience required; insurance industry experience preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software
    • Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain

    Compensation $46,000 - $55,000 annually

    Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
