    You will be on the floor, face to face with customers, solving real problems and making sure every person who buys from Del Sol Furniture has an experience worth coming back for.     Del Sol Furniture is a locally owned, family-operated furniture retailer serving the Phoenix metro since 1997. Four beautiful showrooms, a loyal customer base, and a team that takes customer experience seriously.

    What You Will Do:

    Support customers directly with order questions, service issues, delivery coordination, and financing support

    Resolve customer concerns quickly and with empathy — turning a frustrated customer into a loyal one

    Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

    Collaborate daily with warehouse, delivery, sales, and credit teams to keep orders moving smoothly

    Handle escalated concerns with professionalism and urgency

    Help identify and improve in-store service processes as you grow in the role

    What You Will Earn & Get:

    $17–$23 per hour depending on experience

    Who We Are Looking For:

    2+ years of customer service experience in retail, furniture, or a related field

    Furniture or home furnishings experience strongly preferred — you already understand the product and the customer

    Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred — approximately 1 in 3 of our customers prefer Spanish

    Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure

    Strong communicator who listens first and solves second

    Team-first mindset — you make the people around you better

    Comfortable working with point-of-sale, order tracking, and basic computer systems

    Schedule:

    This is a full-time, in-person position working 5 days a week. Shifts are either:

    Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional coverage until 6pm

    Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional coverage until 6pm

    No late nights. No 8pm closes. These are structured, consistent hours that give you your life back — rare in retail and customer service.

    Weekend availability on Saturdays may be required depending on your assigned schedule.
