Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Call Coordinator who is energetic, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for someone with strong call center or high-volume phone experience who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding customer service.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for callers while efficiently managing and routing incoming calls. This role works closely with our Intake Department, making it a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally while increasing their income potential.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm

Identify caller needs and direct calls to the appropriate department

Work closely with the Intake Department to assist with potential new client calls

Accurately document call information and messages

Maintain organized communication and follow established call procedures

Assist with general administrative or front office tasks as needed

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, positive, and energetic attitude

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ambitious and motivated to learn, grow, and increase earning potential
