We provide training, and there may be occasional evening or Saturday shifts to support community events.

    What we offer you

    Stable Monday–Friday schedule 9am - 5:30

    Salary ranges from 41K – 52k depending on experience.

    Paid licensing support: reimbursement program for licensing

    If you already have a P&C license, bonuses for performance and other benefits are available as well.

    Bilingual in English/Spanish: to help our life long bilingual clients

    Friendly problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping others

    Comfortable on the phone and at a computer.

    Fast learner with a growth mindset

    Team player who collaborates and communicates clearly

    Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and calculator

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Organized, structured, punctual, and compliant with procedures

    Experience; Requirements:

    Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

    Must speak English and Spanish fluently.

    Education requirement H.S. diploma, or higher

    Job Responsibilities

    Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and carrier partners via phone, email, and written communication

    Support teammates with follow-up and next steps for clients and prospects

    Research and resolve coverage questions accurately and efficiently

    Respond promptly to client requests by phone or electronically

    Maintain organized client files and process routine correspondence (paper and multiple software systems)

    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

    Assist with general office duties as needed

    This is an on-site position
