    Position Overview

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct policy reviews, follow up on claims, and proactively reach out for renewals and service updates
    • Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
    • Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
    • Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
    • Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
    • Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
    • Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews

    Qualifications

    • No prior insurance experience required
    • Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, required
    • Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
    • Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
    • Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license

    Pay range: $45,000-$70,000 per year
