    Position Overview

    We are looking for a motivated Spanish speaking Customer Support Representative to assist with ongoing daily customer support items related to payment processing. The successful candidate should be flexible and be able to multitask as well as communicate effectively between team members and customers via phone and email. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that provides excellent customer support during all interactions.     Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting, researching and solving product and transaction issues
    • Tracking down and verifying all necessary documentation
    • Responding to daily customer queries in a timely, accurate, and highly professional manner via multiple communication methods
    • Issues can range from processing errors, chargebacks, voids/refunds, settlements, fees, holds, unlocking accounts, creating user credentials and more
    • Update sensitive information with extreme attention to detail
    • Using several different systems with a high degree of proficiency

    Requirements

    • Experience as a Support Representative or similar customer-facing role.
    • Fluent in speaking Spanish
    • Familiarity in the payments/banking industries is a plus
    • Strong Excel skills a plus
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Multi-tasking abilities
    • Ability to manage difficult personalities and situations
