📋 What You'll Do:
Support the sales team on the floor — helping customers with questions, orders, and financing
Turn customer concerns into positive experiences with empathy and urgency
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Keep the showroom looking sharp — presentation matters here just like it does in fashion
Collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and credit teams to keep orders running smoothly
Help improve in-store service and processes as you grow into the role
✅ Who We're Looking For:
1–2 years retail experience — fashion, home décor, furniture, or any customer-facing retail
Genuine love for interiors, furniture, fashion, or helping people create spaces they love
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — approximately 1 in 3 of our customers prefer Spanish
People person with a team-first mindset
Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
Interested in eventually growing into a sales role — ambition is a plus here, not a requirement
Available weekends — our stores are open 7 days a week

This is a full-time or part-time, in-store position at our Mesa showroom — 1346 W. Southern Ave, Mesa AZ 85202.
Store hours: Monday–Saturday 10am–8pm, Sunday 11am–5pm. Flexible shifts available including weekends.
