    Our team is growing! We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to act as a Contract Administrator to help build and grow the business. The ideal candidate is organized, amicable, and wants to make an impact. The Contract Administrator will have a background in building and growing client relationships and a strong background in administrative roles. Reporting to the CEO, the Contract Administrator must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the post-award administration of contracts and open orders.
    • Utilize and Update QuickBooks Online with Bills, Invoices, and Create Purchase Orders to Manufacturers and Suppliers.
    • Submit Post-Award Requests (PARs) Within the Dibbs Website to request modifications to contracts and update the customer of delays in advance.
    • Track and measure suppliers' On-Time Delivery Performance in the ERP System.
    • Utilize the WAWF/PIEE system for creating invoices and receiving reports for orders shipping to the customer.
    • Utilize the Vendor Shipment Module (VSM) system to create Military Shipping Labels for orders shipping to the customer.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
