We are seeking a Bilingual Dock Auditor / Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for auditing and inspecting completed pallets, ensuring shipment accuracy, and supporting logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Audit completed pallets for accuracy, labeling, and compliance
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and shipment standards
• Route and dispatch shipments in alignment with logistics schedules
• Audit and manage shipping/receiving documents for accuracy and compliance
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and reporting
• Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve shipping or delivery issues
• Assist warehouse team with pallet movement and organization (using pallet jack)
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Pallet jack experience – required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, pallet movement)
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or quality control preferred
• Must have availability to work on Sundays
