EHS SPECIALIST
Mesquite, TX

We're hiring an EHS Specialist to join a growing manufacturing facility in Mesquite, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to convert to a permanent, benefits-eligible role.

Pay: $31.50/hr (some flexibility based on experience)
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire — full benefits eligibility upon conversion to permanent status

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly safety metrics for onsite management and corporate reporting systems
• Support compliance with corporate program expectations and applicable federal and state laws
• Conduct risk assessments (Job Hazard Analysis) related to job tasks and new equipment introductions
• Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in an EHS-related field
• Bilingual — English/Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
