🌟 Strong Teachers Wanted. Bilingual Preferred.
At Thrive Early Learning Center, we are building a team of educators who bring intention, structure, and connection into the classroom every day.
We are currently hiring an Early Childhood Teacher who is confident leading a classroom—and if you are bilingual (Spanish/English), that is a strong plus.
This is not about titles. This is about how you show up for children.
👩‍🏫 The Role: Early Childhood Teacher (Bilingual Preferred)
You will lead or support a classroom (Infant–Pre-K) where children feel safe, engaged, and supported in their development.
For bilingual candidates, there is opportunity to naturally incorporate Spanish into daily interactions, routines, and learning experiences.
🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Creating a safe, structured, and engaging classroom
Following a consistent daily schedule and routines
Building strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
Supporting behavior using calm, developmentally appropriate strategies
Maintaining a clean, organized, and prepared environment
Communicating clearly and professionally
For bilingual staff: using Spanish naturally throughout the day when appropriate
🧠What Sets Thrive Apart
We value:
Strong classroom management and consistency
Positive, relationship-based guidance
Professionalism and accountability
Teachers who want to grow—not stay stagnant
You will be supported—but also held to a high standard.
âś… This Role Is For You If:
You take ownership of your classroom and your responsibilities
You are calm, patient, and consistent with children
You value structure, routines, and clear expectations
You communicate professionally with families and coworkers
You are dependable and show up prepared
You are bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable using it with children (preferred, not required)
đźš« This Role Is Not For You If:
You are frequently late, call out often, or unreliable
You prefer “winging it” instead of following a schedule
You struggle managing multiple children at once
You view this as babysitting rather than a professional role
You resist feedback or accountability
You are not comfortable speaking Spanish with children (if applying as bilingual)
đź’Ľ Requirements
Experience working with children (licensed childcare preferred)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
High School Diploma required; CDA or higher (preferred)
