Bilingual Licensed Real Estate Leasing Agent
Position Description
This position requires candidates to hold an active Real Estate License.
The licensed leasing agent is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of a defined commercial investment and residential property portfolio on behalf of RDE Capital Group, LLC. Within established economic parameters, leasing services are rendered in a way that is satisfactory to the owner and resident. This position reports to the Portfolio Manager.
Responsibilities: Responsible for completing market analysis and price units on the market for owner approval Market property for existing owners - AppFolio / Facebook Process photographs of each advertised property/ unit Take leased properties off the market. Contact and engage prospects wanting to tour units Offer, schedule, and meet prospects at advertised open house showings. Schedule self-guided tours of vacant units Provide unit access to prospects. Receive identification forms from prospects to allow self-guided tours. Direct Prospect to RDE Capital Group, LLC website to complete the application process. Create a working applicant profile. Email the working applicant and the agent's recommendations to the owner(s). Discuss recommendations and seek approval of the best candidate(s) owner. Complete showing report activity for the property owner/ Portfolio Manager Request secure deposit and document security deposit received from working applicant. Request and secure proof of utilities from the working applicant Request and secure evidence of renter insurance Issue confirmation letter to all approved working applicants / copy Portfolio Manager Prepare lease and addendums for working applicants’ signature(s) Upload the signed lease by all parties (including the broker) and supporting documents (proof of utilities and renters’ insurance) to the tenant profile in AppFolio. Provide access code to the tenant for move-in Complete the move-in flow process into the unit in AppFolio and verify against the checklist for completion. Share all leasing documents with the tenant, the owner(s), and involved third-party Realtors. Process Monthly renewals by providing one hundred and twenty (120) days advance notice to residents
Provide renewal update report to Manager / Broker. Complete the move-out process and verify against the checklist for completion *Any other duties assigned or delegated by the Portfolio Manager
Compensation: Starts at $50,000.00 annual salary. Total compensation includes Medical, Vision, Dental, Short Disability, Long Term Disability, and Voluntary Life benefits after the employee has completed the six-month probationary period. Paid time off, 401K Plan offer to participate after one year of service.
