About the Role As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be an A player on our team, serving as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing high volumes of communication, and guiding them through the documentation and intake process. You’ll play a key role in organizing case materials, supporting attorneys with administrative tasks, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance, helping our firm run smoothly and efficiently. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Be the go-to for internal coordination, daily priorities, and inbox + calendar management for the Lead Attorney. • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients: keeping them informed, supported, and moving forward. • Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, and attorney schedules. • Own administrative and office operations: reception, supply ordering, file management, billing, and more. • Take initiative in improving processes and removing inefficiencies. Qualifications: What You’ll Bring: • Bilingual in Spanish and English required. • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Communications, or related field. • 3+ years in a high-level admin or executive support role in an immigration law firm setting. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing deadlines. • Tech-savvy with G-Suite, Slack, and CRMs (Lawmatics, Docketwise, a plus). • Notary Public certification is a plus. Compensation: $62,400 - $74,880 yearly
