    Bilingual Executive & Property Assistant (English & Spanish Required) Location: Hybrid (Remote and in office) + Local Travel (when needed) Type: Part-time 20 hours a week with potential for growth Industries: Real Estate, Short-Term Rentals, Coaching, Personal Assistant Work Are you highly organized, self-driven, and fluent in both English and Spanish? We're looking for a champion bilingual assistant to support a fast-paced forward-thinker across multiple ventures—from managing short-term rentals and real estate portfolios to coordinating coaching events and retreats. Responsibilities: Short-Term Rental Support: • Collaborate with caretakers and track finances in Google Docs • Respond to guest questions and inquiries in a friendly, timely manner • Build and update property websites and social media pages • Create invoices and collect payments via Square • Help set up StayFi for direct marketing and guest capture Real Estate Portfolio Management: • Track lease renewals and send notices • Schedule showings and post listings across Zillow, Facebook, etc. • Handle property walkthroughs, staging, and photos • Notarize documents (or be willing to become a notary) • Keep tenant data current in Stessa • Assist with utility setup and general property oversight Real Estate Coaching & Personal Assistant Tasks: • Update websites, design cards, and help manage email campaigns • Help coordinate real estate meetups and retreats • Post meetups on platforms like BiggerPockets and Meetup.com • Schedule podcasts and manage day-to-day to-do lists • Bookkeeping across multiple businesses • Daily check-ins for priority setting and task review Qualifications: Must-Have QualificationsBilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Professional phone presence; able to take and return calls promptly (within 1 hour) in a distraction-free environment • Tech-savvy and computer literate (Google Workspace, basic website editing, invoicing platforms like Square) • Reliable transportation to visit properties or projects as needed • Self-starter who can manage tasks without constant supervision Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
