Law Offices of Rosalba Pina, P.C. is seeking a Bilingual Family Immigration Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, applications, petitions, letters and affidavits of support.
• Coordinate filing of applications and petitions.
• Translation of foreign documents and equivalency evaluations of foreign degrees.
• Record and store client information
• Organize and maintain client files.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure responses to deadlines are filed in timely manner.
• Communicate with clients to gather proper documentation and relevant information.

​ Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of previous experience as a family immigration law paralegal
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• College degree or job related experience
