    Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Family Immigration Paralegal who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in handling various family-based immigration cases, including Consular Process, I-130, AOS, U visa, VAWA, Stateside Waivers, and more. As a Family Immigration Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in assisting attorneys and clients through the intricate immigration process.

    Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and assemble immigration applications, petitions, supporting documents, and affidavits for a wide range of family-based immigration cases.

    Case Management: Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and documentation to ensure the timely processing and submission of client cases.

    Legal Research: Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies related to family immigration to ensure compliance and accuracy in case preparation.

    Client Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, providing updates on case status, answering inquiries, and offering support throughout the immigration process.

    Assist Attorneys: Collaborate with immigration attorney(s) in case preparation, legal research, and trial preparation, contributing to the successful resolution of cases.

    Deadline Management: Keep track of critical deadlines, court appearances, and USCIS appointments, and assist attorney(s) in meeting these deadlines.

    Client Follow-Up: Regularly update clients on the progress of their cases, including any requests for additional documentation or appointments required.

    Qualifications:

    MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

    Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Immigration Law, or a related field preferred.

    2-3 years of experience as a Family Immigration Paralegal with a strong focus on Consular Process, I-130, AOS, U visa, VAWA, Stateside Waivers, and other family-based immigration cases.

    Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

    In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

    Proficient in legal research, document preparation, and case management.

    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Empathetic and client-oriented with the ability to provide support during challenging situations.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
