    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a Field and Warehouse Coordinator. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth initiation and completion of chimney and fireplace projects by coordinating with crews and homeowners and managing essential warehouse and material logistics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Field Coordination:

    • Meet with project crews and homeowners at the start of each project to ensure clear communication and alignment on project details.
    • Conduct final walk-throughs of completed projects with homeowners to confirm satisfaction and collect final payment.

    Warehouse and Material Management:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse.
    • Prepare and stage materials for upcoming projects.
    • Pick up materials from local vendors and deliver them to job sites as needed.
    • Assist in matching bricks, shingles, and other materials for projects around at local supply houses.
    • Deliver material samples to homeowners for approval when required.
    • Order materials to maintain project timelines and ensure availability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
    • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
    • Team Player: Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team.
    • Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with masonry construction processes and terminology is a plus.
    • Visual Skills: Strong ability to match colors, textures, and materials accurately.
    • Confident Driver: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be confident and able in driving large commercial trucks or pulling trailers
    • Warehouse/logistics: Must have experience in warehouse organization and ordering materials.
    • Must be able to lift 50lb bags in and out of delivery trucks
    • Capable of driving forklift
