Bilingual Floater Leasing Agent – $22/hr + Commission
Location: Greenline Apartment Communities across Houston

Greenline Apartment Management is hiring a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Floater Leasing Agent to support our Class C apartment communities across Houston. Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to different apartment communities to provide leasing coverage as needed
• Conduct property tours, close leases, and assist with applications and move-ins
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support resident relations
• Follow up with leads, manage the CRM, and maintain accurate records
• Adapt quickly to different teams, software systems, and property procedures

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
• Prior leasing, sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Houston and Pasadena
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Familiarity with ResMan is a plus
