    Job Description: Best Home Health Care is seeking a qualified, motivated, and dedicated Bilingual Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and capable of performing a variety of administrative duties.

    This position requires strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF management, and general office software. The candidate must also demonstrate professionalism when answering phone calls and preparing documentation with correct spelling and grammar.

    This role offers variety and flexibility. The selected candidate will primarily work at our Brooksville office, but may also occasionally perform visits related to patient care in patients’ homes.

    Position Type: Full-Time Schedule Options (Flexible):

    In-Office (Brooksville Location) Monday – Friday • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Responsibilities

    Provide high-quality front desk and office support

    Answer phone calls professionally and assist patients and families to get the care they deserved

    Assist with the employee hiring and onboarding process

    Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

    Ensure all documentation is completed with proper spelling and grammar

    Keep the office clean and organized at all times

    Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff

    Support team operations and contribute to company growth

    Perform occasional visits and tasks related to patient care

    Qualifications

    Bilingual (Spanish and English required)

    Experience working at a front desk or in an administrative office role preferred

    Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF, and general office software)

    CPR Certification

    Completed background check

    Valid driver’s license

    Valid car insurance and vehicle registration

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    Positive attitude, compassion, and respect for others
