This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that requires professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members • Manage a high-volume main phone line and direct calls appropriately • Schedule consultations and maintain accurate attorney calendars • Provide bilingual communication (Spanish/ English), updates, and information gathering • Prepare meeting rooms and support daily office operations • Maintain call logs and voicemail records • Organize and manage physical and digital client files • Prepare correspondence and translate documents as needed • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and coordination tasks • Assist with internal scheduling, travel coordination, and firm events as needed Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written required) • Minimum 3 years of receptionist or administrative experience • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred: • Experience in an immigration or law firm setting • Experience handling high-volume phone systems • Associate’s degree or higher Compensation: $17 - $24 hourly
