Houston Healing Medical PLLC is looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice in Houston, TX. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software

Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service

Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR system

Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, and respond to patient inquiries promptly

Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Handle patient intake forms, consent documents, and medical records requests

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required

Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general computer skills

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office environment
