Are you someone who lights up a room the moment you walk in — and doesn't stop until the work is done? We're looking for a bilingual Receptionist and Sales Assistant to be the heartbeat of our front desk at Matos Personal Injury Lawyers. This isn't just a phones-and-paperwork role. You'll be the first voice that clients hear when they call after one of the worst days of their lives — and the first face they see when they walk through our door. You'll also work alongside our Sales Director to help injured people take the first step toward getting the help they deserve. If you have hustle, a warm personality, and a genuine desire to grow, we want to meet you. Responsibilities: • Be the consistent, welcoming presence at our front desk — available to answer calls from both new and existing clients throughout the day • Greet walk-in clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a "how can I help you?" attitude • Answer and route calls and written communication received through the firm's main line • Forward messages from overflow answering services accurately and promptly • Assist our Sales Director with client intakes and sales conversations, and provide backup support as needed • Process incoming mail, faxes, and documents dropped off by clients • Assist the team with outgoing mail and correspondence • Maintain the front desk, conference rooms, and kitchen in a clean and presentable condition, and keep supplies stocked • Keep hard-copy files in the storage room organized and accessible • Support the marketing team with tasks that can be completed from the front desk Qualifications: • Bilingual required: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish — written and spoken • At least one year of customer service, sales, or client-facing work experience • Stable work history — we take consistency seriously and are looking for someone who does too • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult or emotional situations with calm and professionalism • A positive, upbeat, can-do attitude — hustle and initiative matter here • High punctuality standards and professional appearance — you represent the firm the moment someone walks in • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direction — you take initiative and follow through • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball • Alignment with our firm's core values: integrity, compassion, and community Compensation: $39,520 - $52,000 yearly
