Job Summary My Serenity Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate AssociateTherapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC) to join our MSMW family!

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Caseload 28-32 (Weekly Sessions)

Full Caseload support with referrals provided

Rates depends on experience, Bilingual in Spanish, and any certifications

Pay differential based on bilingual status:

Associate Therapist under 2000 hours pay range $37-$39/hour

Associate Therapist over 2000 hours pay range $40-$45/hour

Licensed Clinicians: $55-$65/hour (depending on experience, certifications etc.)

Qualifications

Master's degree

Current California registration as an AMFT, ASW, APCC, OR California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
