    We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires hands-on recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    Support full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)

    Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with NC labor requirements

    Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation

    Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

    Support compliance efforts (I-9s, personnel files, audits)

    Assist with HR reports, tracking, and internal communications

    Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times

    Requirements

    Recruiting experience is REQUIRED

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Strong attention to detail and time management

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

    Preferred

    Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

    Prior HR or administrative experience

    Familiarity with HRIS or APS systems

    Qualifications:

    Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required

    Minimum of 3–5 years of Human Resources experience

    Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance

    Experience with recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee evaluations

    Experience supervising or mentoring HR support staff preferred
