We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish. Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
This job will begin in Bridge City, but may move to Orange during the summer.

Knowledge of basic computer software, email, voicemails, scanning, copying and filing. Must have excellent communication skills, while being articulate and professional. Assist with new hire onboarding process.
--Face to face interaction with new hires--Assist in data entry of employees' paperwork--Scanning, importing and saving new hire records in database--Ability to operate office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, copiers, printers--I-9 Retention--Type 40 WPM--Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel--Self-Motivated--Willing to accept and take on new responsibilities as needed-- Must be Bilingual--English to Spanish
Work Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00 a.m.--4:30 p.m. Fridays 7:00 a.m.--3:30 p.m. 30 minute lunch
Pay : $15.00 per hour while on Complete Staffing payroll
Dress Code : Business Casual
