    Immigration Attorney-Bilingual (English/Spanish) As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Attorney to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping immigrant communities. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload and supervise assigned paralegals from intake through resolution. • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, waivers, motions, appeals, and declarations. • Review and finalize case documents and submissions for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare clients for appearances and represent them at USCIS interviews, Immigration Court hearings, and other proceedings, including travel outside the Los Angeles area. • Maintain consistent and professional client communication in coordination with support staff. • Conduct legal consultations, both in-person and virtually, as needed. • Stay current on immigration law developments and apply changes to case strategy. • Follow firm policies and utilize case management systems effectively. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in immigration law, including: • Removal defense and deportation proceedings. • Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews. • Family-based immigration. • Consular processing. • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. • Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Willingness to travel for court and agency appearances. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
