We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Immigration Attorney who’s as committed to winning as we are. Responsibilities: Your Impact • Oversee and inspire your team (paralegals, assistants, case managers). • Conduct impactful client consultations and strategy sessions. • Review applications, ensure accuracy, and maintain elite quality standards. • Provide consistent, strategic legal advice. • Represent clients fearlessly at hearings and interviews. • Track and meet performance goals. • Stay ahead of ever-changing immigration laws. Qualifications: • Be fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken) • Hold a Texas law license in good standing • Have 5+ years of immigration law experience with proven mastery in: Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture • Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B) • U-Visas • Adjustment of Status (Green Cards) • Consular Processing • Naturalization • DACA • EADs • Advanced Parole requests • I-751s • Work Visas • Business Immigration experience is a plus • Successfully lead and manage legal support teams • Possess superior writing skills and persuasive legal arguments • Be tech-savvy and detail-obsessed (you spot errors others miss) • Thrive in high-stakes settings like courtrooms and interviews • Have a proven track record of winning cases • Show up — on time, every time — with focus and energy Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
